We are pretty excited. Last night we agreed to a price on a house that we were interesting in buying. The house is an old one built in 1912. The couple who own it now, Todd and Erin, have done a marvelous job keeping it up while maintaining its historical feel. Not sure when we will move in yet, but we will keep you posted.
